Narcotics Investigation in Oswego County Leads To Three Arrests


ALBION – Members of the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team concluded a narcotics investigation into the sale of cocaine in the town of Albion, State Police announced today (May 10).

The investigation revealed large amounts of cocaine were allegedly being sold out of two residences, 124 Albion Cross Road, and 291 Bull Run Road.

On May 6, The New York State Police Special Operations Team along with members of the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed search warrants at the above residences.

As a result of the search warrants, three people were arrested for the following charges:

William H Battles, 57, from 124 Albion Cross Road, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.

Battles was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $1,000 cash / $2,500 bond.

Rollins Rodriguez, 36, from 207 Hadley Road was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and Remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $25,000 cash / $50,000 bond.

Shandrica Edwards, 32, from 291 Bull Run Road was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Edwards was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash / $10,000 bond.

The investigation is continuing and more arrests are possible.
