FULTON, NY – Natalie J. Sixberry, 82, of Volney, died Wednesday October 10, 2012, at her daughter’s home in Hancock, NY.
Born in Mexico, Maine, she was a 50-year resident of Volney.
Natalie retired from General Electric Company in Liverpool after 39 years.
She enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo.
Natalie was predeceased by her husband, Grover H. Sixberry Sr., who died in 1997; a daughter, Lila Weiland; a son, Steven J. Sixberry Sr., who died in 2011; a granddaughter, Wendy Steingraber, who died in 2002; a great-grandson, Eric Lacharite, who died in 1994; brothers, James Jr., Alfred, Robert Myers; a sister, Stella Henopp.
Surviving: children, Sharon (Brian) Kitney, John (Bonnie), Grover Jr. and David (Audra) Sixberry; siblings, Bruce, William and John Myers, Betty Jean Reynolds; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.
Burial will be at North Volney Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
