In honor of National Clown Week, BP the Clown visited the Senior Day Habilitation program at ARC of Oswego County in Fulton. BP spent an hour with the program participants: telling jokes, playing banjo and leading the group in songs, juggling, and making balloon animals. BP the Clown has been performing for over 20 years and enjoys the opportunity of bringing laughter to people. ARC of Oswego County is a private nonprofit which has been providing programs and services to individuals with disabilities since 1953. The Senior Day Hab program, an alternative to traditional retirement, provides age-appropriate activities in a safe and supportive environment to older individuals with disabilities.
