FULTON, NY – When dealing with life’s daily demands, people need a place to go where they can feel supported and receive help in trying times.
A place where adults can find life balance; children can reach their full potential; seniors can be active and find camaraderie; and families can connect and strengthen relationships.
That’s why the Fulton Family YMCA is bringing in the New Year with new programs for all ages to give individuals the opportunity to improve their health and well-being and connect with the community, all while participating in their favorite program or activity at the Y.
The Y is here to strength individuals and families, new programs such as Parent Child Gym Class, Splash and Play, Lego Club and Gross Out Science allows kids to explore, learn and create on their own or with their parents.
Other programs that focus on adult fitness include Les Mills Body Combat, Silver Splash, Basket Ball Leagues and Women on Weights classes.
