OSWEGO COUNTY – Legislator Charles Burger recites the oath of office for the District 17 seat on the Oswego County Legislature. Hon. Gregory R. Gilbert, Supreme Court Justice, swore in the new legislator at the February legislative meeting. Legislator Burger represents portions of the town of Scriba and the city of Oswego.
