The Fulton Lions Club installed its new slate of officers for 2012-13 and presented club awards for the 2011-12-club year at their June 14 meeting.

Outgoing Fulton Lions President James Sokolowski, left, presents incoming President David Dingman with the Lions International Distinguished Service Award. Dingman was recognized for his many contributions during the past year, Sokolowski said. Among these was chairing the club’s annual All-You-Can-Eat breakfast.

David Dingman succeeds Jim Sokolowski as president. Other officers installed included: Don LaBarge, first vice president; Robert Pierce, second vice president; Ken Ruscitto, third vice president; Michelle Stanard, secretary; and Ron Browning, treasurer. Lion Robert Seibert of Liverpool, past Lions International director and past district governor, presided over the installation.

Dingman was the recipient of the Lions International Distinguished Service Award, and Lion Charles McIntyre received a distinguished service citation from Lions International President Wing-Kun Tam of China.
