Armed Robbery attempted at the OTB – Phoenix

by Contributor | March 10, 2016 10:27 am

The State Police in Fulton are requesting the public’s assistant with an investigation into an armed robbery attempt that occurred early Sunday morning.

There is very limited information at this time:

At approximately 1 a.m. on 3/6/16, a male subject entered the parking lot of the OTB located at 228 Huntley Road, Phoenix, driving a medium sized SUV, gray in color.

The subject was described as wearing a black ski mask with multi-colored stitching around the eyes and mouth.

The suspect had what appeared to be a black colored, semi-automatic handgun, and demanded money from an employee.

No proceeds were stolen, and the suspect fled the scene on County Route  57A in an easterly direction.

It is likely that the subject has frequented this OTB in the past as a patron.

The State Police in Fulton would like to hear from anyone that may have information regarding this incident.

Please contact Inv. Ben Miller at (315) 598-2112, ext. 215.  Or e-mail at [email protected]
