FULTON – On 8/25/16 at about 3:05 p.m., Fulton police officers responded to a reported burglary at a residence on North Sixth Street in the city of Fulton.
Five individuals unlawfully broke into the residence of the the victim and while inside a physical altercation ensued and property was damaged, according to the report.
Two of the subjects fled the scene and were later apprehended by responding officers after a foot pursuit.
The following suspects were arrested:
Dwyane A. Wells, DOB: 6/24/88, of 17 N. Sixth St., Fulton was charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief 4th, Menacing 3rd, Obstructing Governmental 2nd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Scott A. Wells, DOB: 10/15/97, of 17 N. Sixth St., Fulton was charged with the same charges as the previous defendant, plus the additional charge of Criminal mischief 4th; Brendon S. Cornwell, DOB: 2/17/99, of 317 E. Second St., Oswego, was charged with Burglary 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Menacing 3rd, Endangering welfare of a Child.; Coby B. Wells, DOB: 6/16/00, of 17 N. Sixth St., Fulton, was charged with Burglary 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and Menacing 3rd.
The last suspect, Lori M. Firenze, DOB: 12/11/79, is still at large.
She is charged with Burglary 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Menacing 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
