Compass Federal Credit Union’s New Fulton Branch To Open August 3

FULTON – Compass Federal Credit Union looks to officially open the doors to its all-new branch in Fulton on Monday, August 3.

Located at 208 N. Second St., on the corner of Shaw St. and Route 481, work on the 3,400 square foot branch has not ceased since breaking ground in December of last year, with The Hayner Hoyt Company of Syracuse handling construction.

Featuring a modern finish with ample amenities, the new branch will include a drive-up ATM and night deposit, two drive-thru lanes for service, as well as a coin machine and spacious lobby as part of the building’s interior. Members will be welcomed by a full complement of Compass FCU staff, prepared to handle their every need, including loan services.

“We are excited to be able to offer another full-service location to our members in August,” said Compass Federal Credit Union Manager, Jennifer Rupert. “With its prime location, this new branch will be able to perfectly serve our members and community as we open a new chapter in the Compass story.”

Branch Manager, Julie Tombolillo, is ready for this new beginning in Fulton.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to offer the Fulton area the convenience of a full service branch and are eager to open our doors and welcome everyone to our new location,” Tombolillo said.

The new location will follow current New York State and CDC recommended mandates, including a mask being required for entry and social distancing. Only 12 members will be permitted inside the building at any one time.

While doors are scheduled to open on Monday, August 3, information will soon be posted in regards to an official Grand Opening to be held after Labor Day.

Once open, the new branch will replace Compass FCU’s current Fulton location inside the Canalview Mall complex.
