Cong. Owens’ Staff Holds “Mobile Office Hours” Wednesday in Hannibal and Fulton

Members of Congressman Bill Owens’ staff will hold meetings with Upstate New Yorkers in Oneida, St. Lawrence, Oswego, Essex, and Madison counties in an ongoing effort to increase constituent outreach. Multiple more events planned throughout New York’s 23rd Congressional district in the coming months. Owens’ office has held more than thirty of these events throughout the region this year.
