FULTON – The Friends of History in Fulton is celebrating its 40th anniversary and 40 years of the John Wells Pratt House Museum.

A special gathering is planned at its open house just to celebrate this special occasion on July 13 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the J.W. Pratt House Museum, 177 S. First St.

The public is invited to join them for cake and refreshments and to reminisce about the 40 years of success that itsr sponsors, members, and the community have made possible.

“Without their dedication and support, the Friends of History and the Pratt House Museum would not have flourished and would not be the important part of the Fulton community that it is today,” said a spokesperson of Friends of History.

The Friends of History in Fulton will be celebrating its  40th anniversary at all of its events throughout the year.
