FULTON, NY – The Fulton Community Development Agency is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a $275,000 HOME LPA Housing Rehabilitation Grant, from the New York State Office for Homes and Community Renewal.
CDA Director Joseph Fiumara said the grant will help 20 existing resident families in the city of Fulton in need of energy use reduction, and health and safety violations that provide sustainability and continue to maintain affordability.
He noted that the Fulton CDA has always displayed proven performance with many funding sources in terms of exceeding goals and providing very efficient strategies to complete these projects.
