14. Resolve to authorize the Commissioner of Public Works to purchase rock salt for the 2025-2026 winter season.
15. Resolve to authorize the Mayor to sign a Lease Agreement with Jeffrey Mason for 962 South First Street.
16. Resolve to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the contract with Barton & Loguidice for the PCP Improvements Project.
