Fulton Man Accused of Sex with Teenager

A Fulton man is accused of having sex with a teenaged girl.
Police charged Joshua J. Wallace, 33, of 218 W. First Street, Fulton, on Dec. 13. He is charged with two counts of felony rape and a count of felony possession of a sexual performance by a child. He is also charged with a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police allege he had sex with a 15 year old girl twice, on Dec. 6 and 9.
Wallace was arraigned in Fulton City Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
