Fulton Man Arrested on Rape Charges

FULTON – State Police in Fulton arrested Duane M. Draughn, 57, from 342 Rathburn Road Fulton, for Rape 2nd degree, a class “D” felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” Misdemeanor.

Draughn is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl in the town of Granby.

He was arraigned Sunday in the town of Granby Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail/ $10,000 bond pending grand jury action.
