FULTON – On Friday June 10, State Police in Fulton received a larceny complaint at WalMart on State Route 3 in the town of Granby.

Troopers were advised a male suspect had entered the store, concealed three packages of steak in his jacket and left the store without rendering payment.
On June 11, State Police located the suspect, Erwin C. Ouderkirk, 48, of Fulton, and took him into custody.
Ouderkirk was charged with Petit Larceny, a class “A” misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on June 20, at 7 p.m.
