FULTON, NY – On Sunday (March 29), Fulton Police charged Robert H. Kimball III with two counts of burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree and two counts of petit larceny.

The charges stem from several investigations conducted in early March.
Fulton Police allege that Kimball had entered a residence on two separate occasions during the day time hours and stole jewelry and US currency.
Proceeds of the burglary were valued at approximately $2,000.
Kimball was arraigned in Fulton City Court by Judge Hawthorne and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $2,500 bail.
