VOLNEY – On Saturday (June 4), at 9:32 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Great Bear Road in the town of Volney for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.

The operator, Brian M. Stuhltrager, 28, of Fulton, was found to allegedly be operating with a suspended license.
Further investigation determined Stuhltrager was operating under the influence of alcohol, police said.
He was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree, a class “E” felony.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Volney Court on June 20, at 7 p.m.
