Fulton Man Charged With Sexual Abuse

FULTON, NY – A Fulton man is facing sexual abuse and other charges, police reported today (Nov. 28).
Anthony M. Gerard, 37, of Fulton, was arrested after an investigation by the City of Fulton Police Department and charged with the following crimes:
• First-degree sexual abuse (nine counts), Class D Felony
• Endangering the welfare of a child (three counts), Class A Misdemeanor
• Forcible Touching (nine counts), Class A Misdemeanor
Gerard is accused of committing the above offenses between the months of June 2016 through September 2017 while at 217 Seneca St., in the city of Fulton.
It is alleged Gerard on multiple occasions did have physical sexual contact with an eight-year-old and nine-year-old girl.
He is currently being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail.
This investigation is ongoing at this time and Police ask that anyone with any information contact the City of Fulton Police Department at 598-4504.
