Fulton Man Facing Rape Charge

OSWEGO, NY – On 1/22/13 at 11:05 a.m., David M. Gagnon, 23, of Woodland Drive, Bldg. 25, Fulton, was arrested was for first-degree rape, a class B felony and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred at a town of Hannibal residence in May 2012.
Gagnon allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim being less than 13 years of age.
Gagnon was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Hon. Judge Adkins.
He was remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Gagnon is to return to Hannibal Town Court on Jan. 29.
