FULTON, NY – On December 3, after a lengthy investigation, Fulton Police investigators arrested Lee Andrew Johnson Jr., 35 of Erie Street in Fulton, following a report of a violent physical and sexual assault.
The incident was alleged to have occurred in July 2012.

On July 30, it was reported to Fulton Police that a female was physically and sexually assaulted by Johnson.
Johnson allegedly punched the victim in the head, grabbed her by the throat, and threw her to the ground.
It is further alleged that Johnson held the victim to the ground and forcibly removed the victim’s clothing.
He then allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with her against her will.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault.
Johnson has been charged with:
Rape 1st Degree – Class B Felony
Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree (3 counts) – Class A Misdemeanor
Menacing 2nd Degree – Class A Misdemeanor
Menacing 3rd Degree – Class B Misdemeanor
Harassment 2nd Degree (2 counts) – Violation
Johnson was arraigned in Fulton City Court on December 3 and was remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center in lieu of $10,000 or $20,000 bond.
