A Fulton man was charged Friday with felony drug and weapons possession charges.
Fulton Police say the department’s investigation into drug sales in the area led to apartment 6 at 16 W. Eleventh St. in the city.
Police searched the apartment and say they found 1.9 grams of heroin packaged for sale, more packaging materials, several hypodermic needles and a sawed off Remington shotgun.
Windsor R. Trousdale, a resident of the apartment, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, endangering the welfare of a child and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Trousdale was being held for arraignment as of Saturday morning.
