Fred Reed and Mikayla Kemp sat down with Mayor Ronald Woodward Sr. in his office to get “Fulton’s Five Minutes.” In this edition, Mayor Woodward addresses some of the projects the city will be undertaking in the coming year and highlights some of the programs he is excited to see progress in 2018.
