Hannibal Man Charged With Forcibly Touching Victim

GRANBY, NY – On April 1, at approximately 1:02 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a forcible touching incident in the town of Granby.
Following an investigation, troopers and the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Richard L. Burdick, 71, of Hannibal, and charged him with Forcible Touching, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Burdick is accused of forcibly touching the female victim’s intimate parts while in her home.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on April 11 at 7 p.m.
