Hannibal School Board Appoints new President and Vice President

Hannibal, NY – During the reorganization meeting on Wednesday night, the Hannibal Board of Education unanimously appointed Erin Hess as board president and Dale Young as vice president.
Both graciously accepted the nominations and took their oath of office.
“I’m very excited to help out with the school board presidency this year,” said Hess.
Young has already served in both the seat of president and vice president.
He said he likes “just helping out.”
