Hawthorne Appointed Fulton City Court Judge

Fulton lawyer David H. Hawthorne has been appointed Fulton’s next City Court Judge.
Hawthorne, who has served the city in the past as City Attorney, will fill the final year of the term of current judge Spencer Ludington. Ludington was elected Surrogate Court Judge in November.
Hawthorne takes the bench on Jan. 1.
The city’s part-time City Court Judge, Jerome Mirabito, declined to take the full-time job, according to Mayor Ronald Woodward.
