FULTON, NY – Volunteers at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton were served lunch to honor their efforts on behalf of residents, with a “side of humor” from Larry Brennan RN.
[1]Brennan, a former director of nursing, performed his one-man show entitled “Health And Humor 101” for all in attendance and was assisted by a sidekick, Charlie.
The humorous and musical program also shared some skills needed to survive today’s high stress healthcare environment.

“Our Volunteer Recognition Luncheon is an annual event that honors those folks who give of their time selflessly on behalf of our residents,” said Sue Parkinson, director of activities at Michaud. “Our volunteers range in age from 16 to 75 and because of their support, our residents’ quality of life is much fuller.”
