Lake Neatahwanta Reclamation Committee to host chicken barbeque

If you’re in the mood for some delicious barbeque chicken and salt potatoes this weekend, head over to the Granby Community Center.

The Granby Lake Neatahwanta Reclamation Committee will host a chicken barbeque fundraiser Saturday at the Granby Community Center on County Route 8 in Fulton.

The event will begin at noon and wrap up at 3 p.m.

Plates will be $7.50 for adults, $7 seniors and kids six and under eat free.

People can either eat in or carry-out.
The event will also feature a raffle.

The goal of the fundraiser is to raise money for the lake clean-up.

Both the Fulton and Granby committees recently received a boost from Senator Ritchie.

However, that money only covers the cost of the dredge machines, so the committee is looking for help from the community.
