FULTON – Liberty Resources, a Syracuse-based provider of integrated healthcare and social services, will host a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 7, at the site of its future Integrated Health Center – 14 Crossroads Drive, Fulton.

Key members of Liberty Resources’ Executive Leadership Team, Carl Coyle, CEO; Carrie Doran, COO; and Kim Langbart, Vice President of Integrated Health Care will be in attendance.

They will be joined by community leaders Ronald L. Woodward Sr., Mayor of Fulton; Nicole Kolmsee, Director of Community Services at the Oswego County Division of Mental Hygiene; and Dennis Lockwood, Volney Town Supervisor.

Liberty Resources’ Behavioral Health Center currently provides therapeutic mental health services in Fulton at its 945 S. First St. location.

This program has reached its capacity and holds an extensive waiting list of clients in need of support.

The new building not only increases capacity for Liberty’s current Behavioral Health services in Fulton, but allows for the addition of Primary Care services.

This integration of care ensures that clients have all of their health needs met in one, easily accessible location and helps to address the significant healthcare shortage in Oswego County.

Coyle said, “We are extremely excited to be moving forward with the construction of our Integrated Health Center in Fulton. The need in Oswego County for these high-quality services has been the driving factor in the development of this planned expansion over the past two years. Liberty Resources has the expertise in providing integrated services and we will continue to look for opportunities and communities that would benefit greatly from increased access to behavioral and physical health services.”
