On Friday March 25, at approximately 1:55 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Interstate 690 in Syracuse for a traffic violation.

Subsequent investigation at the scene revealed the operator, Jesse J. Longley, 27, of Martville, was allegedly in possession of Xanax and Suboxone without a valid prescription, and heroin.
Longley was transported to SP North Syracuse where he was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Longley is scheduled to appear in the City of Syracuse Court on April 4 at 9:30 a.m.
