FULTON – Oswego Industries Inc., a Fulton-based nonprofit agency that supports children and adults with developmental disabilities, is proud to recognize Debbie Blanchard for 35 years of service.
Blanchard is the agency’s Finance Manager, a position which she assumed in January of 2020. Blanchard was first hired in the agency’s sewing line and then supervised bottle and can redemptions before making the move to administration.
She transitioned to finance when she became the agency’s Purchasing Agent in 2009. Blanchard attributes her mobility within the company to always being willing to learn something new.
“Debbie’s insight into OI and ability to adapt to change are invaluable to our team,” said Darcy Antonucci, Director of Administration. “Her flexibility and can-do attitude have made a huge difference in our operations as we continue to transform our services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
If you are interested in being part of our team, the agency is currently recruiting candidates for full-time and part-time positions. Job seekers are encouraged to call 315-598-3108 or [email protected][1] for more information. Job postings related to administration, human services, custodial and maintenance positions are available on Oswego Industries’ website:www.oswegoindustriesinc.org/careers[2].
