GRANBY – On Monday (May 16), State Police responded to WalMart on State Route 3 in the town of Granby.

When troopers arrived, asset protection staff showed them security footage of a man who entered the store and allegedly left with a tent valued at $229 without rendering payment.
Investigation revealed the suspect was Rocco A. Stanley, 31, of Northstar Blvd., Oswego.
Stanley was arrested at his residence and charged with Petit Larceny, a class “A” misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on June 9 at 7 p.m.
