PHOENIX, NY – On March 12, at approximately 12:29 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle operating without headlights in the village of Phoenix.
The driver, Timothy N. June, 33, of Phoenix, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.
He was transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
June is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on March 30, at 5:30 p.m.
