Police Asking Public’s Assistance With Locating Missing Fulton Man

UPDATE: Police report that Leduc has been found and is okay.

FULTON, NY – On 08/23/2011 the city of Fulton Police Department commenced an investigation into the disappearance of Richard D. Leduc, DOB: 07/02/1959.

Richard was last seen walking away from his residence at 360 Park St., in the city of Fulton on 08/23/2011 at about 11 a.m.

He is a diabetic and left without his medication.

He is described as 5’8” tall and weighs 250 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes.
