Police Charge Man with Having Sex With Child for 3 Years

A Baldwinsville man is accused of having sex with a child for three years in Volney.
The Sheriff’s Department alleged that Charles T. Morrison, Sr., 54, of 733 Kibby Road, Baldwinsville had intercourse with a child younger than 13 years old in Volney beginning in September, 2005.
Police allege the sexual contact continued in 2006 and 2007, when the child was younger than 15.
He was charged with felony counts of first and second degree rape, course of sexual conduct against a child, and criminal sex act.
Morrison was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
