Police Charge Man With Sexually Abusing A Two-Year-Old

FULTON, NY – Fulton police today (July 21) announced the arrest of an alleged sex abuser.

Hector Noel Ortiz Sr., 29, of 154 Cedar St., Fulton, was arrested today at the Fulton Police Department for the following offenses:

• Second-degree aggravated sexual abuse – C felony

• Second-degree assault – D felony

• Endangering the welfare of a child – A misdemeanor

The suspect is accused of subjecting a two-year-old child to sexual contact as well as causing physical injury to that same child while at a residence in the city of Fulton on July 16.

Ortiz is being held and is awaiting arraignment at the Fulton Police Department.
