The New York Yankee caps, Syracuse University sweatshirts, North Face jackets and brand name handbags all had one thing in common at Fulton’s B&V Discounts store.

According to State Police and Fulton Police, they weren’t the real deal.

State Police announced Monday the arrest Thursday of the store’s owner, manager and clerk after police raided the 121 West Broadway store on a search warrant earlier in the day.

Arrested were:

Each was charged with a felony count of Trademark Counterfeiting.

State Police reported that they seized:

Three of the items seized by State Police, who allege the items and hundreds of others contained counterfeit logos. (State Police photos.)

Police allege that all of the items seized were counterfeit.

Each suspect was ticketed and released. They are due in Fulton City Court at 9:00 a.m. Thursday. City courts cannot dispose of felony cases, so these cases will wind up in the state courts if the felony count remains.
