Quilt In the Park – Build a Log Cabin

Let’s build a Log Cabin quilt. Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County will be hosting “Quilt in the Park” on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 and Thursday, July 17, 2008 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm at the Mexico Community Park, located on 104 East, just outside the village of Mexico. Instruction will be given on building Log Cabin blocks for a quilt top. Participants should have some sewing and quilting experience. Pre-registration is required, so please call 963-7286, ext. 401. Registration will close on Friday, July 11, 2008. There will be a $20 fee for instructions and supply list. A complete list of required materials needed for this class will be provided at the time of registration.
