State Senator Patty Ritchie (R,C-Heuvelton) today joined the two newest Assembly members representing Central and Northern New York as they took their oaths of office for the first time.
Senator Ritchie was joined by 122nd District Assemblyman Kenneth Blankenbush, 115th District Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney, 124th District Assemblyman Will Barclay, and 128th District Assemblyman Bob Oaks.
All five state lawmakers represent Oswego County. Senator Ritchie and Assemblyman Blankenbush also represent Jefferson and parts of St. Lawrence Counties.
The newest Assembly members were sworn in today in ceremonies at the capital.
