On March 19, at approximately 12:47 a.m., State Police in Fulton stopped a vehicle on County Route 57 in the town of Schroeppel for a Vehicle and Traffic violation.
Troopers interviewed the driver, Joshua R. Anguish, 28, of Phoenix, and determined he was intoxicated, according to the report.
He was taken into custody and transported to SP Fulton where he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on March 30, at 5:30 p.m.
