FULTON, NY – In February 2016 State Police in Fulton began investigating a complaint in which 19-year-old William J. Loomis of Fulton allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old victim.

Subsequent to investigation State Police identified another previous victim.
Loomis is also accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old victim when he was 17.
On Monday (March 21), Loomis was charged with two counts each of Sexual Misconduct and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class “A” misdemeanors.
Loomis was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and is scheduled to appear again on March 28, at 7 p.m.
