FULTON, NY – The State Police in Fulton have arrested Joseph M. Thompson, 42, of 89 Country Lane, Fulton, for three counts of second-degree sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges are both Class A misdemeanors.

Investigation conducted by members of the SP Fulton BCI revealed that Thompson had allegedly fondled a female child under the age of 12 several times over the past several months.
The incidents occurred at Thompson’s residence in the town of Hannibal, according to the State Police.
Thompson was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu $1,500 cash/$3,000 bond.
He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Hannibal Court on April 17 at 6 p.m.
