State Police Investigate Misappropriation of PTO Funds

HASTINGS, NY – State Police in Hastings arrested 43 year-old, Rebecca Gribbon, of 43 State Route 49 in Cleveland, for Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a class “D” felony.
The arrest stems from an investigation into Gribbon, a former Central Square Middle School PTO Treasurer, allegedly misappropriating PTO/PTA funds from October 2010 through November 2011 exceeding $3,000.
Gribbon was arrested on Feb. 29 and arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court.
She was released on her own recognizance.
