State Police Make Arrests In Granby Homicide

GRANBY – The New York State Police in Fulton announce the arrest of three individuals as a result of the investigation into the death of Anthony J Miller, which occurred February 3, in the town of Granby.

The subjects were charged with the class A-1 Felony of Murder in the 2nd degree under New York State Penal Law Section 125.25(3), and the class B Felony of Burglary in the 1st degree under New York State Penal Law Section 140.30(3)

Arrested were:

Michael H. Celi, 17, of 9 McHarrie Street, Baldwinsville, NY

Glenwood E. Carr, age 16, of 610 Lamson Road, Baldwinsville, NY

Zachary M. Scott, age 19, of 7645 VanBuren Road, Baldwinsville, NY

The three subjects were arraigned by Town Justice Bruce Wells, Town of Granby Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.

The investigation is continuing.
