State Police Request Public Assistance In Identifying Suspect

GRANBY – On January 7, State Police in Fulton arrested Robert A. Boyd, 29, at the Granby Wal-Mart, where Boyd was employed as a cashier.

Boyd was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st degree for possessing counterfeit $100 bills.

The investigation determined that Boyd was working together with the individual pictured in the (attached below) surveillance photos to pass counterfeit money.

The suspect appears as a white male in his late teens to early 20s, wearing a distinct blue jacket with a gold colored graphic.
