Teen Accused Of Sexual Abuse After Incident On School Bus

MEXICO, NY – A 16-year-old male was arrested Friday after being accused of hitting a female student in the face with his penis after asking her if she had ever had a “mushroom stamp.”

The teen, who resides in the town of Mexico, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class-A misdemeanor; and third-degree sexual abuse and public lewdness, both class-B misdemeanors.

Police said the incident occurred on a school bus in the presence of other students.  The teen was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges before Mexico Town Court Oct. 7.
