Town of Hannibal Man Arrested on Sex Offense Charges

HANNIBAL – State Police announce the arrest of Jeffrey P. Erskin Sr., 59, from Hannibal, for Course of Sexual Conduct 1st degree, a class “B” felony.
Erskin is accused of having sexual conduct and intercourse with a female victim under the age of 13.
He was arraigned in Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond.
Erskin is scheduled to appear back in court on October 31 at 6 p.m.
