FULTON, NY – On March 18, at approximately 10:13 p.m., State Police in Fulton stopped a vehicle on State Route 48 in the town of Granby.
While interviewing the driver, Joseph R. Bartosek Jr., 26, State Police observed alleged obvious signs of drug use within the vehicle both on the driver’s side of the vehicle and in the lap of the passenger.
Subsequent investigation at the scene found Bartosek to be in possession of heroin, and passenger Naracon J. William, 25, to be in possession of heroin and cocaine, according to the police report.
Both Oswego men were taken into custody and brought to SP Fulton.
Bartosek was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and William was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
Both men are scheduled to appear in the Town of Granby Court on March 28, at 7 p.m.
