Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest For Possession Of Marijuana

FULTON, NY  – State Police in Fulton arrested Gregory J. Scerbo, 20, from 13 Powers Drive Fulton, and Steven R. Henri, 20, from 252 Kingdom Road Oswego, NY, both for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

On August 13, troopers conducted a traffic stop on Second Street in the city of Fulton on a 2008 Pontiac G6 operated by Steven Henri.

A strong odor of Marijuana was emanating from inside the vehicle, police said.

Subsequently, Henri and his passenger, Gregory Scerbo, were taken into custody without incident.

Both Scerbo and Henri were issued appearance tickets for the City of Fulton Court on August 18 at 9 a.m.
