State Police say they pulled over a vehicle for speeding and wound up making a drug arrest.
According to the State Police, a Trooper pulled over a vehicle for allegedly speeding along Route 481 south in Volney.
Two men were inside the car.
Police say they found a plastic bag containing hallucinogenic mushrooms which had been hidden under the passenger-side dashboard.
The driver, Keith A. Raymond, 26, of 60 E. Fifth St., Oswego, was charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police did not charge his passenger with a crime.
Raymond was arraigned in Volney and sent to the county jail.
